Internet Return
Policy
Our
objective is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied
with their purchases. We understand that rugs sometimes
do not meet expectations when seen in the intended room
setting and must be returned. Please read our Internet return policy below.

Call Rugs As Art, Inc. toll free at 1-800-733-7847 for your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please ask for Max (Ext. 307). |
2. |
Wrap rugs securely in original packaging or equivalent to ensure adequate transit protection. Place RA# prominently on outside of package. |
3. |
Ship rugs using either UPS, FedEx or any other carrier who is able to provide an accurate tracking record of the shipment. Please ship to:

- All
returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
- When packing rugs, please do not place tape directly on rugs or fold rugs.
- Rugs must be returned in unused, clean, undamaged, as-new
condition. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled. A full purchase price refund (minus any applicable charges) will be made when rug is
returned and received by our personnel under above condition.
- The RA# must appear prominently on the
outside of the package. Any package not marked with the
RA# will be refused and returned to sender.
- Return
shipment is to be made at the buyers expense.
- Rugs
initially shipped direct from the manufacturer must be
returned to the same address with a copy of the original
packing invoice attached.
- If
the original package shows obvious damage, the buyer should
refuse delivery and call Rugs As Art, Inc. to advise that the
shipment is being refused.
- Clearance items, personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in the product upon receipt. Rug pads that have been cut or trimmed may not be returned.
- All transactions will be made in U.S. dollars.
