Get your items fast with free in-store pickup, with most orders ready to be picked up the same day the order is placed (provided the order is placed at least 2 hours before store closing).
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup? You will receive an email from us once the order has been processed and fulfilled at the store. Typically we fulfill these orders within 1 to 2 hours.
Where do I pick up my order? All orders can be picked up at the Customer Service desk in the front of our store. You should receive specific pickup instructions via email. To ensure prompt service, please do not arrive at the store until you are notified that your items are ready.
What do I need to pick up my order? You will need both a government-issued ID and your pickup confirmation email. If you are unable to print your pickup notification, be sure to have the pickup email ready on your mobile device.
While all of the products featured on our website are available for quick and easy In-Store Pickup, we do offer free shipping on select items provided certain conditions are met. Typically this service is reserved for rugs that are able to be drop shipped directly from the vendor and for customers out of our local area. If you are out of our local area and interested in getting a product shipped to you, please contact via email and we will be more than happy to assist you further!

Our objective is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and we understand that items sometimes do not meet expectations when seen in the intended room setting and must be returned. Please read our Risk Free Return Policy below.
All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt of sale within 15 days of the original purchase.
All returns must be in "unused condition."
If the above criteria is met and a refund is issued, the following applies:
Credit Card Purchase - Credit card refund to the same account number.
Check Purchase - Check refund with a 15 business day grace period from the original date of purchase.
Case Purchase - Check refund issues immediately (no cash refunds).
Any purchase accepted for a refund that does not meet the above criteria (at the sole discretion of management) will be in the form of a Store Credit only with up to a 25% restocking fee.
Special Orders and Custom Rugs are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable and specially marked Clearance items are Final Sale.
Although we strive to display the most accurate colors and prices possible, due to differences in computer monitors, operating systems, data refreshes, etc., we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen or inadvertent pricing errors.
